Trying to invade a planet but cant

Hi I hacked someones database and recieved location of their planet i disabled the ship and brought the planets population below 10 but when i try to invade which it lets me it gives me a error saying you can only invade a planet if the remaining guards are disabled (which they are) some how he is still guarding planet when disabled i believe this is a issue?
The planets name is Grette please help Dan!

A guard can still repair and re-guard the planet.

but i click on him and it says he is disabled?

I checked and do not see anyone guarding that planet. Can you PM me with the name of the ship that is listed as a guard?
