A legion Mate alerted a planet for me, owned by what is (obviously) an inactive rank 13 player. I went to attack it and the attack button is grayed out, with the message when you mouse over, "Cannot Attack - Planet Owner is below rank 20" Is it possible that one of the recent updates changed the requirements for attacking these worlds? I know I used to be able to take them, because the player had lost their newbie protection due to action or inactivity...? |

Their planets are immune from attack until they hit Rank 20, or fourteen days after they hit Rank 10, whichever comes first. |

I have a planet that is held by an inactive lvl 3. Is it just useless now then? |

Once they go inactive it will be able to be taken. |

The protection expires after 2 weeks. Inactivity is irrelevant in this instance. |
