Someone created an exotic out of one of the planets on my planet tab, and now i cant even click on it to use a purger. Any way i can remove it since it is useless to have sitting there taking up a slot.

since this directly affects your account and requires database manipulation... you'll have to contact Dan directly....

Please see this post for how to do that: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=583

Hopefully Dan will add an auto-flux to the procedure that upgrades the planets for the mission dyson and mission exotic so this won't happen to anyone else...

I can just see someone invading a planet, and instead of worrying about guarding just upgrade the planet to tick off the previous owner....

Same thing with me. One day, I found an Exotic planet in my database, and it belonged to an enemy. I thought I scanned it (though I did not scan at all for a few months) or a Legion Alert (No one alerted it), but all were false when I tried to see what it was. It was invulnerable to all enemy actions so I immediately knew it was a mission Exotic. I prefer it staying there because I've never seen an Exotic planet before. That's just me. Hoping for a small scan blitz soon.

Probably scanned it as a garbage planet way back when and they HTF'd it even though there was another scan since they are now invincible...

you're really just hurting yourself if you don't get it removed... each planet in your scan list decreases the chance of scanning another planet... if you've never seen one before, that's fine... screenshot it, then you can see it again whenever you want, without the penalty of having an untouchable planet on your list

I've scanned over 300 planets already and true enough that the Mission Exotic will hurt my scans. Rather than keeping that on my scans, I will just wait until I get own. Either that, scan a Natural Exotic planet. I already have a Gaia (With scan and invasion) and other rare planets. Now I'd like it removed. Why can't people use flux probes before they turn a planet into a Mission Exotic/Dyson? I already have a Very Tiny Rich Barren (When I was very low ranked) just waiting to be transformed, and no one else scanned it. :(

well a "flux probe" wouldn't do anything to remove that planet from everyone else's list... and i know a few people that have stated they were waiting for the invincibility before even making their mission planet... after all... the "Planet Flux" artifact is a gemstone... if the planet can't be invaded, why waste such a beautifully useful gem? it's not like everyone can find one in a hen's nest like eggs...
