Will need~ some officers from lower ranked legion i came from installed cannons and hull that were not needed. |

exactly .... the only person that should build is the ONE with highest tech.... as soon as my guys heard "base battles coming soon" they threw on hull and cannons from the first few teirs of research... was like sorry sell,sell,sell ...... but yea if log shows someone sells a module it shoulld show who's building them right? |
