I will never buy it since it doesn't auto upgrade with rank, because of the opportunity cost of waiting for a higher rank. It should just be 10 size fixed, and 1 attack/rank, and leave it at that. Although, I guess there are some ppl buying it every now and then. Maybe when I get some free FB credits from work and they are being supported, I will just get it to get it. Only the FATHERs were a clear buy for me.

I've contemplated scrapping mine because the space used isn't really worth it, and if I hadn't paid for it would have, but I keep it around.

Well, at really high rank, it's purpose is basically to increase the attack cap, but it fails to do much for anyone mid ranked, even like under 300 or 400, compared to all other modules (as a % I mean). However, the downside to making it scale with rank (as you rank) is that you buy 2 and you're done, so less income for the game. BUT, I think a lot of ppl lower rank that say why do I need this, are more likely to buy it if it DOES scale, even if it's not awesome at the rank they got it. For me, FATHER relays even were not that enticing until I got near the end of energy tech, so the benefit was maximized (with all other stuff, it goes from 90/hr to 120/hr).
