I heard others complain about this issue, and was happy I wasn't one of them, until I decided to do a high scan NPC run (2000 scan), and these freaks popped up all over my BT and ruined it for me.
Frustrated, I decided to lower my cloak to about 600 to finish my NPC run.
I guess that's one solution, lower scan to avoid these, but i know it's almost impossible for the super high levels to get your scan very low.
Hope it gets fixed soon.


The cloak on these guys is 900 BTW. So keep scan to 899 or below to avoid them, not a great solution if you are trying to find caelon or the dark assembly bot NPC (forgot its name).
