the only 'guaranteed' ways are to force a refresh ... collect from the legion base, research, purge a planet, claiming daily reward, etc. the rest of the time ... ?

i suggest the credits should be taken from the player bidding once he has won.
if he looses the bid he looses the credits im guessing?

Is it the buyers resource collection or the sellers? I've got 2 won auctions I'm waiting for and 2 selling auctions. Will they all clear when my resource timer hits zero?
... I'll update in about 33 minutes I guess.

So apparently when you sell something, you get paid for it when you collect your hourly resource shipment.
When you buy something, you get the item when the seller collects their hourly shipment.
I collect at x:38
at x:38
Your auction for xxx had no bids, and was returned to your cargo.

but at x:30

and at x:18

All 4 things had been "Arriving Soon" since x:01
