A while back you had a timed mission, during this mission you also had a npc Octafari Leviathan, at the time i treated it like most timed missions dump everything on and get it done only to find afterwards (and we talking a very short period) that the NPC's are visible only while the mission is active.

Guys were talking about this new npc and i never saw one not surprising because i had completed the missions.

Now since it is impossible for me to get these rift emitters, which is quite sad, cause i could do with some cloaking. This was not the standard way in which these things happen usually if there are npc's they become a requirement for completing the mission not usually a mission required to be open. Either way its over now id just like to see more clarity or a message saying dont complete something unless you have found 4 items.

Some of these timed missions we can have done in a couple of hours.
It would be nice to see some way of allowing us to see those leviathans so that we can get them.

Yes, this mission was quite different from some others in that it had an 'optional' objective. We tried to include as much detail in the mission to explain this but understand that some players didn't realize that the Leviathans would no longer spawn once the mission was complete.
