I just turned my red badges in for the dominon canon and I don't see it on my ship or anywhere else. Where can I find it? I have refreshed the page. Shut down the browser and even restarted my machine.

You have to go to the Artifact page and look in your cargo. There you'll find it and you can build it.

just a heads up, whenever you gain a module, it will show up as a size 1 artifact in your cargo hold. they used to install automatically on your ship, but when they did they would install past the deck limit on your ship. when they were switched to artifacts it made it so you had to have the required amount of decks in order to build them. NPC drops, Mission Rewards, and Battle Market items will all show up here, along with items gained from daily rewards.

there are a few mission items that still automatically install (like the prejor sensor)

Don't forget Tier rewards. But those are all 0 space so they don't really count, just thought I'd mention them...

Also if you exceed your deck capacity (like I did when I got the zolazin jammers), any mission reward modules stop working until you are below the limit once again.
