Post base production availability bonus
The availability bonus value on the base's are wrong at 3x mega rich

They may be wrong at higher levels as well, check you base.
4x should be 300%
5x should be 325%
6x should be 350%

For bases, 1x Mega Rich and Mega Rich are the same. Its just a difference in display from planets.

by looking atpicture you posted it seems the modules contributing to artifacts is les then the research modules bonus so it would make sense as if the artifacts modules were higher then research it would go both ways
