 Possible mistake with the sheilding research

Post Possible mistake with the sheilding research
so i just research metachron shields tier 1-and it popped up that i can now build base module-RIFT shield, and metachron base shield too. as far as i know the rift base shield should have been on rift shielding tier 1.
