This is related to a few bugs/issues with the Facebook platform today. Both are listed as priority-1 fixes:

http://bugs.developers.facebook.net/sho ... i?id=17989

http://bugs.developers.facebook.net/sho ... i?id=17959

*Some* users have had temporary success with certain workarounds, including:

* Using 'Incognito Mode' in Chrome.
* Clearing their browser data/cache: http://www.facebook.com/help/new/?page=742
* Switching to a different computer

We will reply back when we hear more from Facebook. Apologies for the inconvenience.

I am also having a problem with using facebook to buy GP, I try buying with paypal using a balance, but it keeps kicking me back to a credit card screen, any suggestions? BTW I don't have a credit card, and I'm just out of high school, so not enough credit history to get one, so I can only use paypal.

Josh,

I suggest you get a bank account that gives you an ATM card with it. These usually function just like a credit card for purchases, except that it comes out of your account.

Another possibility would be a secured credit card which has the advantage of building up your credit.
