I had 2600 or so research points, so I figured I would give a shot at using the Collective Theory Lab. I click, I fail to discover anything, but I notice a problem. After using the Collective Theory Lab, my research points registers at -1390. What's going on with this?

It seems like it might be a double click problem, as it looks like you lost as much as if you had tried twice.

Shouldn't it have prevented the second drain though?

With a double click problem, it gets clicked fast enough that you start doing the second one before the first one is done, and thus before it can see that you don't have enough points. I don't know what you can do besides contacting Dan about it.

wonder if ya would have gotten 2 artifacts if you had succeeded?

@ Ferrus, i will be contacting Dan to let him know about it but otherwise its not a large enough number for me to really care too much about
