i can get the mobs on my battle tab but they do not drop the required item for the quest.

You are killing the wrong npcs. You should not be killing them to fast. Its not the dark runners. Its the Dark Iso-Runner

yea i found them, but not getting the drop everytime and the stats are off to what they actually do.
