its quite annoying if the lower members of the legion wanna donate energy to the base but they cant because they haven't researched quite as far as the leader who is a higher level and therefore put lots of the energy and stuff in and leveled the base quickly... so we then get stuck and only one person ends up being able to contribute

That is the exact problem that my legion is having. One person is receiving 48% while 23 other people have to split 52% of a level 3 base.

No its based on amount put into the base.

well that's something your legion would have to discuss. and if it not fair to the members of the lower rank maybe its not a good legion and you should start to look in another place.

The higher ranks in a legion should be helping the smaller ranks. I think this is how most other legions are operating.

I'm rank 74 and out-contributed by a rank 35 because I have just had other things to spend my money on. I am now considering going after the tech parts we require for level 3 (Because none of us have any), so that we can actually progress. We have completed exotic matter, and have about 4k energy to go, but still 237 tech parts.
