Could you please try disabling any plugins or extensions that you have running on your browser, just to rule out that this is being caused by an external influence? :)

Hi so sorry i didnt get back to you, yes i done what you said and issue fixed,
DuckDuckGo Privacy Essentials seems to be the problem for me
