PVP - targeted enemies, back on battle tab too soon

Is there a shortage of players? I'm coming across people that I disable 4.5 hours ago... If I kill them again, i get no freaking badge for it and it's quite annoying to the other players as well. Can't you guys put logic in place so that players don't show up on the attackers BT for 24 hours? Or is there a shortage of players??? Its like what the heck. If you're gonna put them back on the list that soon, freaking give up some darn badges. Its freaking stupid and LAME.

And are you playing with your scan range to find new targets?

BT put available targets in your scan range randomly. It doesnt keep those players from popping up on your bt again for 12 hours. That's why a lot of people usually leave badge comms.

Step 2: change your scan
Step 3: leave badge comms
Step 4: ???
Step 5: profit

If your seeing to many of the same names raise your scan during pvp runz. Just last week i was playing around with my scan and went lower with it and ended up with only 8 targets on my BT. So it could just be that you only can see a small number of targets because your scan is to low.
