i believe commonwealth had the same issue, but i used 4 planetary time vortexes on a recently conquered planet, and it only advanced 3 stages. thinking it might have been lag, i checked my artifacts and now have zero vortexes, and my energy is down by 8. so while the game registered that i used them, the game did not give me the bonuses.

Happened to me yesterday as well. Used 6 to get the planet to full development. The only way to get it back is to use the "support" link in game. I didn't since it's not such a big deal but I would love to see a fix to this kind of glitches.

It also happened to me with Grid Consoles so it's clearly a bug.

yeah. i didnt use the support link either cause i dont really care, but just thought i would report it.

not sure if dan fixed my problem or if there was just uber lag to the point of a 2 hour delay, but my planet is now at peaking status. so, thank you dan! (even if you didnt fix anything. :p)
