I bought a Radiant Surge Cannon for 48 Galaxy points and never received it. Where is it? How do I get either credit or the artifact itself?

Remember that items purchased, either through GP or Badges, are not automatically installed on your ship. You will find them in your artifact cargo (See Trade -> artifacts) where you can install them from there.
