Their attack and defense is likely negative, probably caused by negative crew members.

It's either a cheater, or someone that does not understand the game, at all. (don't know if hes active or not)
But they killed their crew with the xts mission.. making them pretty much invincible..

i have seen this before, I think fail is corect it has some thing to do with the XTS9 mission. but i dont remeber what was going on exactly .

Yep. You do the XTS-9 mission until you have negative defence and then you're completely invulnerable. Likewise, with attack you can turn your ship into a medic ship... kinda a neat niche there.
