Umm it is like everything else that is doubled. It shows up as 75 attack and scan. But when you uninstall it and look at your base attack and then install it you will see that it does in fact give 225 attack and scan.

so its a HIDDEN bonus ..that really makes me think and know theres more glitches...id rather see the bonus then just trust when i hit something i didnt waste my time and energy on a mission

I don't think it is a glitch because the Modulated Xecti Disruptor,Q-Pedd Logic Servo, and the Datastream Compiler all work the same way. It is because it is the Base before race bonus. It's not like the Triaxial Array - Mark II, Voliir Modulator - Mark II, or BioMimetic Sealer II where it relays on an item already installed on your ship.
