If you have a Symbiont Test Lab on your planet then you can't build a Scruuge building from the new weekly. Is this meant to be, because as far as I know, Symbiont Test Labs aren't extractable.

yeah, it does suck. why not let them stack.. i want a symbiont scruuge lab dammit. i worked hard to get those artis, let me use them all on the same planets.. ill get good production from said planets, and someone will steal some sweet artifacts at some point.. ive literally got less then 10 planets with maxed passive cloak, and even less with more then 10K cloak...
