Question on the new Artifacts -Scruuge Bastion, etc.

 I am considering getting these for my legion, but do they count towards the number of hulls I can put in? It Bane's Turrets seem to have counted as an offensive turret.

Both count as their own seperate thing. You can still have the same amount of guns or hull.
