 The Bug That Breaks Module Scrolling

I've asked for the past year or more for the buttons that let you scroll through modules on your ship to be either duplicated or moved to the top of a pane, instead of the bottom. Here's a good reason why:

And yes, I know I can work around it somewhat by changing my sort order to try to get to the "other side" of this chasm, but this should be changed. It's not even a difficult change.

What? What? I don't see it!

Seriously, that's messed up. I don't think he was gonna do it before because the game still functioned, but now it's broken, he should definitely fix it now.

Do we really want that?

I havnt black widowed the iframe so i dont know if that will fix the issue, but ive used the code on very similar things before, it should prevent the module list from refreshing back to its prime recurence.
