I think this should be fix even if it's a small little thing.

its a glitch its happened to me before. it gets glitched with other artis it is still perm

every time you have an arty buff every thing gets its Timer but the effects stay on . not relay an important thing to fix with other bigger issues in the game.

This happens on both ships (velox's) and planets with perm effects and temp effects.
