I would think that it wouldn't allow it with xecti phage tower because thats kinda Op if a certainn amount of races and proffessions cant invade only a few can take

Is there some reason why these two planet buildings don't stack with each other? I scrapped a different planet structure to make room for a Voliir Lock because they only say "limit 1 per planet." Not "Can't be built on a planet with a (Xectiphage Tower/Voliir Lock)" Even if your planet is protected from 4 of the 14 races and 3 of the 13 professions, that still leaves a lot of combinations of races and professions that *can* take the planet. And that's taking up 4 space that you could be using for about 5000 more defense from all races (1200 defense per Obviation X 2 X 110%~ Legion Bonus)?
