If your using these items on a planet make sure your not at 3k attack or they will be used and wasted.


I just used 13 on a planet and when I checked the planet its attack had not gone up. so I looked at the passive attack on the planet and it was at 3080

so for shits and giggles I tried a 14th one. used it up again and still no bonuses added....

its says on the items it is only good up to 3k passive ability but it will let you keep adding them and not give you any points over 3k......

so be warned and make sure you look at the passive ability before you use them or they will just be wasted.

I told Dan of the problem with them. At first they where not stopping . The attacks would just keep going up past the 3k mark.

Dans way to fix was to stop the attack form going up . Simple fix, But it looks like rather then taking the time tp make it like any other art where you will get a msg saying the attack on this plant cant go any higher or some thing. He took the quick essay ways out. After all why bother doing it right. honestly When you fixed the issue and I know you did , why would you not add some thing in to keep that from happening like you have with every OTHER artifact we have. BTW this kind of is why some people feel like you have clocked out.

all fine i have sent Dan a memo on the matter and he is just ignoring it!!! ill say it would seem he does not care!!!!

Ok. Where do I start...

Webguydan is a Human being. This means has to eat, sleep, socialize, and entertain himself. So many people don't see this. He isn't going to sit at his PC 24 hours, 7 days a week, and fix things for people he has never met, and give up his life. Learn patience. He will get round to it eventually.

2. - It's a game, not "THE END OF THE WORLD!!!" It's no big deal, and now that you know there is no notification when the limit has been reached, it should be no problem for you, not to go over said limit.

C. - Please, please, please, please, don't assuming he is ignoring you. Looking at all the pages in this section of the forum, he already has enough to deal with. Other bugs, that are more important, and people accidentally buying the wrong GP artifact/item.

Sending him annoying "memos" will actually slow him down. It's like "waving" your mouse when your computer freezes. It's like "Duh... Puts more load on the CPU, thus making it slower" Also, he does care. If he didn't, there would be no "Galaxy Legion" and this forum would not exist for you to have the very conversation you are.

The bit you've missed is Dan is a game developer, and people pay him, this is his job. This is such a minor thing to fix that it's hardly unreasonable to ask him to fix it.

I'm not saying it's unreasonable, I'm just saying that people expect him to do said things, straight away. It annoys me that you shout his name on the forum and expect him to be there, again, straight away.


As for the "ask", Yes, I see, but look at all this fuss on the forum. If people don't get what they want straight away, it's like "Dan doesn't do this" "Dan doesn't like me" "Wah wah wah"

Being a game developer isn't easy. You have a tight schedule between your games, and the people who play them, and your life and friends.

oh its not a joke Dan does not like me.... He puts up with me that's a different story, but I assure you he loathes me I bet every time he see an email with my name on it he has to be thinking now what!!!

But no mater what, how he feels he has always gotten back to me on issues, but this matter he has done or said nothing......

We do not see eye to eye on a lot of matters, but that's ok I except his rulings, I just want a reason for something.


But as you can see it was not that important to me... I just wanted to warn the rest of GL that this was an issue so they would not waste there items.
