Looks like the extra space from chat and other things been taken off, and now you cant click anything where that is, even when you hide it, and when unhidden if overlaps quite a lot of stuff (BT, ship, minerals, artifact..etc).

this happens quite often... i'm not sure how it happens, or how i get rid of it. but it usually happens once every couple weeks, and is gone by the next day. try clearing your cache and refreshing. if that dosnt work... then hopefully this fix will happen.

On the few occasions when this happened to me lately, cache clear + refresh has done the trick.
