Its getting really annoying almost every single Time I hoover over an artifact to look at sale cost, scrap points whatever the thing is 2 Percent on screen 98% in outer space so I can't even read it. Please fix this is an annoying issue.

I run into this sometimes too. Just hover all the way to the left and it should be fine. Might have to unhover if you are too far to the right and try again.
