Oceanics are kinda weird as they can either come from Icy (research/arti) or Barren (Mining) so they probably can get hurt pretty badly with RNG on these random buffs

when you say we get a notification for a chance to analyse, will we have infinite time or do we have to move fast? and is it possible to stack the same permanent bonus on a planet (ie 2 large moons) ?

I am thinking for both the random events (colonize + random time) and the RT , not just planet type but actual stats. ie, high production type should be the driver in those cases, such as made planets. I do see that Oceans get the obvious "Undersea" on colonize, even though it's RP on an AP focus planet it still makes sense on an ocean most of the time. I think it's on the right track.

Just got lost undersea archives on my terra planet, +30% to research for a week, shame its only an ex.abundant research planet though, compared to mega rich artifacts.
Not sure if this is another error, or not, but figured i'd post to find out. Obviously a Terra does have oceans, so undersea archives isn't too surprising really, its just i figured that perhaps events would be more favorable to the best resource on a planet.

I've had one random event (and no analyzable events) so far... and it happened roughly 15 minutes after last night's ship upkeep timer hit 0 I'll be watching future events to see when they hit

Always has happened while online for me. 2 random events, 1 colonize. 2x Flux Storm, 1 Stealth Field. Colonize was a flux storm. It sucks I've had 3 cloak buffs when I don't cloak my planets...

Icy planets can be very rich in research too, i think when colonizing a planet/invading one the effect should be driven from the best resource, and if its a random effect or using the Reality Transfuser or a random event, it should be driven of the current production you are getting the most from. ex a VM ext rich mining vb artifact and ext rich research, if you had structures on research rather then mining the event would be a research buff.
