Post NPC Timer's changed?
I've got a tech collector, crimson hawk and rogue data analyzer on my BT.

All 3 have a timer of 8:59:59, so it seems the latest move by Dan is increasing the expiry times for NPC's.

Anyone else have this?

Yeah, that's true for me too. I wonder if the way it's done is affected by Daylight Savings Time.

Just a guess here... but it may have something to do with the US "falling back" from Daylight Saving Time....
