Obviously I didn't have trouble now but from time to time I am unable to log into the forums using the facebook connect button. It simply adds # to the end of the forum URL and does not log me in. Sometimes it can be fixed by opening the forums multiple times from the game window and trying to log in each time. Other times I simply have to wait a few hours to log in.

I don't know why or what causes this but this is the third time it has happened to me. That being said, I am unsure if it is specific only to me or if other facebook players are having a similar issue.

Do you get to the forums from the in-game link or do you use a book mark?

I try both in game links (the one underneath the rank display and the one under help > wiki and forum)
Never tried a bookmark before.

sounds like a problem with your facebook authentication cookies...

what browser (and version) are you using?
what are your cookies settings set at?

It does not log-in right on certain computers.

This has been displayed on my main computer as well as other random access computers.



Most recent version of FF and as far as I remember they should be set to default, however I might have lowered the storage amount. That being said I was able to log into the forums not even 8 hours after I had the issue. So I don't know if the cookies are the problem as no relog of facebook happens (I have it set as an app tab so when I'm online doing just about anything I remain logged into Facebook.)

Its a GL Forum/Facebook problem.

I have the same problem. i had to go unlink my gl forum account
and make my gl forum account to a "normal" account.
