but the issue here is that it shows that there are defensive structures built when there is clearly only the passive abilities, presumably the base funds ran out so the modules were deactivated, since this one man legion is 0% active



it didn't affect anything, just wondering if it's supposed to be this way

that is cool, an abandoned base, there should be some unique action available for these

The screen is accurate in that there are base modules present.
They didn't pay upkeep recently so they (the ghosts haunting this abandoned base) don't gain the benefits from those modules... but the modules can't "uninstall" which is why you can still see the modules....
