How often can one be targetted? Not that it matters much for us, but: (slightly editted for readability)
28 mins ago battle Battlestar Pegasus have established a target lock on Mc 3001! 7 hours, 23 mins ago battle AJLucky has initiated a base repair. 34260466 credits withdrawn for cost. 19 hours, 47 mins ago actions LordRandrew activates a Battlestations on the base. 13 hours, 49 mins ago actions Ziggyny activates a Battlestations on the base. 14 hours, 16 mins ago battle Republic Of Orion have established a target lock on Mc 3001!
I know in theory a base can't be targetted if they have been disabled recently (with RoO handily did)... but twice in one day seems excessive.

Quote: the SAME attacking legion cannot target you again for a while, but others can target you immediately There is a way around it we hit the same base 2x in one day. Early in day my legion target locked a base disabled it was rank 3. Later that night a battle request from another legion came up was a rank 4 base so we accepted it. Looked at legion name and was like its same people as earlier. They renamed their base that day and upgraded to rank 4. I sent them message sayin we called our people off cause of it so 2nd lock we all left them alone. But my legion did not make both locks we accepted the 2nd from another legion.

nice to see there's a loophole in that rule...
in any case, i agree, there's tons of problems with the current base combat, from scanning, to locking, to needing more time on a lvl 5+ base

Our base has been disabled 4 times in 4 days, as well as being targeted a couple of other times , but not disabled.
It seems to me the base combat is highly flawed - this is far too often - we are just recovering from one disable, when another target gets locked.
We have a level 4 base, highly defended and highly shielded, however legions seem to have no problem plowing through our sheilds / hull and disabling. Even when we have legion members online who activate all the abilities we can AND repair the hull once it has been knocked down significantly, the attacking legion STILL overpowers. We have no way of stopping it or defending our base against their onslaught.
9 hours, 23 mins ago Project Anarchy have established a target lock on UFC 1 day, 10 hours ago Republic Of Orion have established a target lock on UFC 1 day, 20 hours ago The Corsairs have established a target lock on UFC
The rest of the log is already gone off the record, but as I said, 4 base disables in 4 days. This seems to be far too much, and as I said, base abilities are far too helpless to stop the onslaught. Attacking legions have everything in their favour to take us down.

I disagree with the difficulty in being disabled. I realize as a small legion we're going to have less success defending and I accept being disabled as a part of that cost. However, once disabled, I was hoping for some sort of immunity from further locks (1-2 days?)
In any case, the times we've been disabled have been by much higher ranked (and populated) legions. I don't dispute their right to disable us or have any reasonable expectations to defend our base from them.
