Just wondering. Which Race would be Best for PVP at high ranks (600+), i was thinkin' Lazuli, Konqul or Aerlen. And what other strategies should be employed to become a powerful pvper , eg - Mass Recruiting Tactical Officers

i would personally say konqul 'cause they get the target dead quicker instead of being a tougher kill yourself
