I actually didn't really notice it not being around for awhile, its either 1200 or 1300 but it does seem to have a limit. In contrast, flamehawks don't have a rank limit. Although, I kind of think the desolator should just continue since it's the only source of that buff. But meh, the lazuli complex stopped at 1000 and that was the source of passive cloak.

No he means Desolators, they are the final tier of Stryll NPC's that drop the Seeker artifact, rank 400 NPC.

I think stuff like that there should just be one matched npc if its the only one dropping a certain item. For example, Dan made the flamehawk drop c-amps because the overlord stops appearing (rank 300 npc) at some rank 900 or 1000. I do miss passive drops a lot from the elite npc, and wish there were a matched uncommon or rare that would drop passive cloak sometimes. As it stands I am not really affected by losing this drop yet (at one scan run a month, I got over 50 of these things left).
