yes...they are a very rare reward from the T.O. Troop carrier...i've only known one person to get it tho...razorxxx |

Just got my first one from a Carrier last week. They are very rare, I've lost track of the Terraformers that have dropped since i started playing. |

About 1 in 20 TO Carrier kills. But that's an average it could be up to 40 for some people. |

I've picked up three of them myself. It's a rare drop. If you want to finish the dyson mission, you may have to buy 'em, or wait a loooong time. |

I killed a T.O. Troop carrier and received a Terraforming Device yesterday, and a legion mate said he had one on his BT not long after i put mine down. Not sure what his reward was a Terraforming Device or Quasi-Spacial Expander. |

Troop Carrier just shown up on my BT, then he confirmed that his T.O. T C appeared at the same time too. Now that you mentioned, I really suspect there is a timing on leasing those good fellas |

you sink 10 terraformers into the hyperterraformer...thats the terra project the follow up mission is the collossal project where 10 QSE gets you 1 dyson transformer...good luck |

After i bought all quasis and td's, i started to get "alot more" of them, sometimes i had some nåc sprees and i could have like 4 of them (in combined total) on an evening. Now days ive lost count on how many in total ive had. |
