What's a good rank to build Heavy thetacrons?

 I'm currently rank 200 with heavy null rays. would building them too soon be bad?

Whenever you can afford the daily upkeep. If you aren't already, I would suggest switching to Builder class, as it cuts upkeep in half, because without it, Heavy Thetacron cannons are just over 2 billion credits a day for upkeep (assuming all 8 installed) just for the cannons alone, and then you have to add on all your other modules that you have installed as well.
