Anyone seen this yet ? Want to get its stats in wiki and the reward artifact.

The mission reward is said to give a % boost to cloak, wonder how that works.

Just got my 1st 1, its a module that takes up 16 decks and gives you an 8% bonus to cloak

just wondering, is it 8% when first installed, or 8% of the total cloak equipped at any given time?

It's a standing buff when the module is online.

Is it just me, or is this going to take forever to get 40 of these uncommon npcs to spawn?

It doesn't take too long as long as you put plenty of energy into killing NPCs
