I can't find that mission, is it the next one in the Octafari chain? Or am I to low in rank to see it.

Probably too low. I think it's higher than the Silthion chain, so at least 220 I think.

Can someone make mission lists on the wiki for main NPC chains? I think it would be much more useful if it could list Crimson, Sha'din, Stryll, Prejor, etc.

There is yet ANOTHER new one : City of None. Need this chain added to wiki.

Yes, it appears to be (but I can't prove) , Empty Arrival --> Deepest Journeys --> City of None

I can't prove it because I completed the previous before the new one came.
