Does anyone know the easiest way to find T.O. Troop carriers when npc huntin? |

There is no easy way to find T.O. troop carriers just hope RNG favours you. |

have exactly 51 scan. enough for troop carriers to spawn but not enough for most boss and elites to spawn. even then the difference is negligable |

try not to have any open missions that spawn elites |
