You may think that when you're hitting players on your bt it's good to use repair nanos AND shield restorers so you can do more damage before needing to repair. But you get alerts (red boxes popping up) as your energy recharge timer or your SHIELD RECHARGE timer goes to 0. Therefore using a shield restorer resets your shield recharge timer and makes alerts pop up later than they would have otherwise.

2 questions:

1. Does this mean that the T.O. Harmonic MegaPulser, and similar items, have a secondary use (way to speed up notifications)?

2. How would multiple tabs affect this?

Every time your energy or shield updates a notification has a chance to be pushed through. The more often they update the more often you receive notifications. TeraPulsers FTW.

YOu can test this on your own. Just get yourself alerted to a highly active legion that likes to take people to task and set up a side by side, then wait for the magic.

From what I have personally experienced, there would be a "primary" tab based on action taken and or time the tab is opened. That primary tab will display alert as normal(except maybe when the out of focus delay is applied) whereas the other tab experience either delays or skip over some alerts altogether.
