THIS IS NOT SOMETHING I RECOMMEND DOING

Just putting this strategy out there... the best way to get Multiple Passive Effects on planets and getting rare things like ArcRifts would be to do the following:

  • Drop every single planet you own besides the planet(s) you want to stack passives on.
  • Read as 5GP*P (P=Planets Occupied)
  • Change Race to either Xecti Governor or Litheor Governor.
  • Do not drop your scanned enemy and unoccupied planets. (since you can't toss a passive to a planet you don't currently control)
  • Drop/sell virtually all of your modules to reduce your upkeep. (or have a trillion or two trillion saved up)
  • Be bored while waiting for your effects to stack/get the entity you want.
  • Rinse and repeat.

That pretty much covers it. Definitely not a viable option for a high level.

A low level Xecti Governor that's protected by Halcyon Traps should be able to maintain for quite a while stacking effects though.

ArcRifts would now only be endangered instead of classified as extinct.

Depending on what is considered viable, this isn't a viable option for any rank, it's a recipe for stagnation pure and simple. An interesting thought experiment though Yung.

If you are in an artifact base with a few good research worlds, you could probably level till you had rifts.
Drop everything but the rifts, go gov, sell arcrifts a the cost of a trill a share.

Still dont think its worth it, but damn, you could pull in WILD cash, then trade that mad cash for good worlds.

Well like I said I do not recommend it as a strategy just putting it out there that it would be the most efficient manner to get multiple passive effects.

Whenever I'm a governor I see a minimum of one planetary event daily if you reduced your planet pool to a mere ten or less then it would be considerably easier to get the desired effects.

The hit to production though is too brutal to make this a viable option for anyone.

Of those planetary events that you were getting daily, how many of those events were permanent?

1/10

Usually there was one entity or weekly planetary event daily.
OR
There would be one entity + one weekly planetary event daily.

Varies a little bit. The permanent events are considerably rarer. I now have a small collection of crappy planets with SS on them though.
