 I have looked at a couple of planets and saw that some of the structures have been upgraded. How does one upgrade a planetary structure?

the upgrades art artifacts that you get from completing missions like the trellith mission gives you the upgrade for relay chassis to treltih comm relay
and it sound like your sparkling new to game so ill add that you can also research new levels of tech and have to go back and scrap the old to install the new when you have 600 planets or so it can be time consuming and expensive _________________   |
