Many legions Have had debate on whether doing more then 3 bases aday was legal so to speak. Some say the idea is a loop hole so it is similar to cheating and thus should not be allowed. others say that because you can time it right it is perfectly legal. I finally have a legitimate answer

so there you have it. With good timing, co-operation, and smarts Legions (For now) and rack in the silvers and not worry whether they are exploiting Galaxy legion or WebGuyDan.

I wasn't worried, but do realize there are a lot of limiting factors. Mainly the presence of people. I can't go to their legions and make them alert the base or scan one. Getting 5+ legions to do this in a timely manner so I can hit 15+ bases a day would be a nightmare. I don't think we will ever get to 5, maybe one day 3 or 4 and throw in a random base if the timing is right but never 5 permanent scanning legions, it is just too much of a hassle.
