Can you post your crew count? also what is your hull/shields etc

I would suggest adding more artifacts per hour! the more the better! best way for that is scan runs, then take only Large/Very Large (or better) and Rich (or better) artifact production planets.

What have you researched thus far?

More attack/defence definitely needed, but that will come from a higher Artifact p/h.

Here we go.

1. Get better planets (kinda obvious). The reason that you are lagging behind is your lack of artifact production. You see, the reason that it is so difficult to find good artifact planets is because everybody wants them. It will not be easy getting you AP/h up, but it will be well worth it. That being said, how many open planet slots do you have?

2. I have a few suggestions for you on your research tree. First, go into scanners at least as far as the first tier of Hyperflux Signaling so that you can scan more planets, of which some will be good. Next, research +12s, or Star Lifting. Yes, go all the way through it. You will probably end up going nearly broke from the cost of the structures, but it is worth it after the initial shock to your budget. After you have finished those, research shields (yes, shields) until you finish tier one of Force Obviation Fields. That should keep you busy for a while.

3. You might also want to get your research up. You can do this by colonizing ONLY Very Massive Gas planets with Rich research. Anything less is a waste. This will help you research scanners more quickly so that you can progress faster.

4. My last tip for you is to get out of that legion. If you do not want to leave, that is fine, I understand that. I can tell you, however, that the legion you are in is holding you back. I would highly recommend that you join an established legion, such as The Terranian Armada, of which I am a member. We would gladly take you in and help you in your quest!

I hope I helped!

I really would hate to leave my legion, but I completely understand what your'e saying. I've told them that I'd like to move forward and do better things, so I'll wait and see what they say. I'd love it if I could take the 3 or 4 that play regularly with me.

At your level my ship was very average- i improved it by lifting arti dramatically. your ship a little weaker than mine was at that point- so i would say on the weak side- but nothing is unrescuable

Make sure you maxinmise your scan runs to get the most planets you can

and focus mainly on arti planets

and npc as much as you can to get drops to improve your planets

if you can afford gp- use it to drop poor planets to re3place them

Ur the one that have me Lazuli for the medal! But you really need better arti and research... I'm 20is ranks below you and have more arti and research, you can try selling some planets to get a maxed plasma which should help.

1. Don't take planets that are less than Large-Rich or equivalent (I generally use a 2 richness per planet size trade off so average-Extremely Rich=L-R=Massive-Very Abundant) This will change as the costs increase, but for right now you have a bunch of open planet slots and their should be several planets in your scans in this range that you could take to fill the 15 or so open spots. ( for research, skip anything that isn't at least a massive)

2. Save you planet upgrades for good planets. It looks like you already used your gaia seeds on some middling planets. When you get other upgrades like the surface melter, wait until you an find a massive icy world and (if you have the time/patience) upgrade it with transformers before you melt it to get the max production you can. Also, it looks like you've been using purifiers on a very small toxic. Remember, any increase will be bigger on a larger planet, so save the purifiers for a relatively common very large toxic and upgrade those.

3. Don't upgrade to the next tier of modules until you have researched the third stage of each tier. Its way too expensive to keep upgrading every time and the benefit from just one step isn't large enough to justify the cost.

4. It looks like you have +10 production structures, but very low production. Even with some of your lower quality planets, those gaias should be producing more artifact than that just by themselves. I would recommend upgrading every planet that doesn't have at least +8 structures up to +10s using the system of put as many of your best standard structures on as possible, then fill in the gaps with the artifact 1 space: 1 production buildings (the ones ending in chassis) and then fill the last few spaces with a shield or two if they are above the L-R threshold so some low level can't take it on a whim. This can be pretty expensive and with your mining low compared to your upkeep you'll probably need to downgrade to the last completed tier on all your modules which will free up some money and minerals to build with which will increase your long run gains substantially.

well for one you shouldnt have wasted you gaia seeds so early, two you need a better legion with more AP daily. OFc im going to recommend a Talon Legion, if your improve your Rep i can get you into Talon Company but for now youd fit in with rift. At I never Colonize anything below VL Ex rich. yea im picky on my planets but when i start to NPC heavy ill have plenty of planets to be made into beasts
