If i invade a planet with a stealth screen on it, is it possible for 1 of the 3 invasion events to pop up?

WHY OH WHY CAN'T PEOPLE USE THE SUBJECT LINE THE WAY IT WAS INTENDED ??

instead of "Quick question" which tells people NOTHING about what the topic is about, why wouldn't you put "does stealth screen block invasion effects ??"

it only takes an extra 10 seconds but saves time for EVERYBODY ELSE.

drives me up the wall when i see emails that do the same thing. it shouts out "I AM INCONSIDERATE AND LAZY AND DON'T CARE IF I WASTE YOUR TIME !!"
