PF's go for 1500 ctp consistently, and are a quick sale

anything limited is worth buying if you have a gaming budget buying 550 gp a month isn't so bad and what is great is if you miss one then the year after the same item is improved slightly you are limited a max that is based on the item type not when you brought it.

that is how i understand how version 1 2 and 3 differ but are linked to the limit or we'd end up with vets who will always have more limited time gear then newer people.
