MOAR and MOAR Tacs needed (IMO). I've got +3782 against your T.Os ;) . Your Engineers though kicks my group :( . And I'm also hoping that you stopped using RPs on decks but instead use them for your Crew. What's your AP/H, MP/H, ResP/H?

Around 40:1, SS:Rank ratio. Other than that you have a good ratio and defense but need to work on your attack.

(attack+def)/rank ... for ship strength ratio.
Definately increase arti and tacs, stop putting points into decs definately and focus on tac officers. Aim for 10k attack by say rank 600 or 650 for a reasonable target. just have a look at my thread, you should be able to compare even though i'm about 100 ranks below you so have fun. Def is looking nice same with scan :D

If those counts are unbuffed strength numbers.... then at your rank, you are pretty much maxed out with the out-source gears. Adding Helmsmen & TO will be the only way to gain higher strength. Keep on going, I think you are doing well consider that you are ranking quite fast :mrgreen:
