How much are people cloaking their best planets at? Trying to figure out how much cloak I have to put in while getting decent production.
I guess a secondary question would be when casually scanning what is the max scan people go before going "alright this is decent let's see what poor sucker loses his planet today"....
Currently Running: 20k+ on planets i built up.

about 15x arti planets?
Cloak them beyond 25k, or don't cloak and brick it up (minor cloak is good to keep the newbs away with their 200 scan)
15-16-17-18 mining planets? put minor defense on that
15-16-17 research planets? minor defense (if you need them)
